Barley Grass Powder

Barley grass is the young Barley plant that grows to produce the cereal grain. The late Dr. Y. Hagiwara, a Japanese scientist who studied the health benefits of green plants, considered the leaves of the cereal grasses nearest to the "perfect food". These have a nutrient composition similar to green leafy vegetables, but the nutrients are present in a much higher density.
